Staff Recommendation <br />Staff is recommending that the Council approve the suggested code revisions as was originally <br />submitted on 9/26/O5, with the understanding that regulatory oversight for chair massages would <br />take place at a minimum at the massage therapist level. <br />Attachments <br />A revised City Ordinance, Chapter 309 is attached in markup form.
