Attached are the results, by precinct, of <br />the November 8,2005 Municipal Election, as presented to us by the Ramsey <br />County Election Department. <br />Because the City is iransitioning to even year elections and two Council members <br />elected per each election cycle, the top vote getter, Amy Ihlan, is elected to a 5-year <br />tern.
