Consider Minnesota Industrial Ventures �,�C's, (Northco <br />Corporation) Request to Rezone 2770-2812 �'air��ew Avenue <br />from General Industrial District, l-2, to kUD B-6 Mixed Use <br />Business Park, and a Request in Cooperation with Dan Stock <br />(The Press Gym) to Allow a Portion of the Structure to be <br />Utilized as a Fitness Center (PF 3683) <br />As previously noted, this item was requested to be tabled by the <br />applicant. <br />11.
