Page  of 1
 {
To whom it may concern:
I live on the SW comer of Lydia & Asbury contiguous to your dorm On Snelling & Lydia. Since the City has imposed
new rules for parking on the Snelling senrice road to the No.of Lydia the students have found my area. The only place
for guests to park in the front of the homes across the street on our Na.side is where your students are now parking,
which happens to be along our only spot for our guests on the side of our place. So we have the students, and three
homes using that place which can only handle 3 cars, assuming whoever parks there stays at least 30 feet from the
comer. (which they often do not do) People coming No. on Asburr cannot get a good view west of oncoming cars.
There were finro cars overnight in front of our house and 4 on the side. (room for 3 in front) . We are assessed for these
improvements and should be the primary users of the sites. It seems to me the college should have ample parking for
all students. You have students filling your dorms and not sufficient parking space. One student said "I can't afford to
pay for parking on the site." I would gather from that, thatyou rent the dorms out and its, hif for yourself on parking
somewhere. Not too good from your neighborsviewpoint.
Please visitwith the city and figure something out cause it isn't working as is.
Sincerely,
Wayne& Jackie Burlingame
2977 Asbury St.
fsville.f4tN

w , , w . - - ,.,  . J1- IllTfln
