Section 4. Rep�nrt to Cziv and Filin� of Levies. <br />4.01. The executive director of the Authority is hereby instructed to transmit a <br />certified copy of this Resolution to the City Council for its consent to the <br />levies. <br />4.02. Aftez' the City Council has consented by resolution to the levies, the <br />executive director of the Authority is hereby xnsi-z-ucted to transmit a <br />certified copy of this Resolution to the county auditor of Raznsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Board of the Authority this � 6�� day of August, 2005. <br />� <br />� <br />
