Fund 72L• Federal Restricted Funds - The federal fi�nds were provided to the City many <br />years ago as part of the Villa Park and Marion Brittney multi family projects. In 2005, <br />there was a total fund balance of $478,264. In 2005, $5,000 was provided to fund the <br />addition of handicap accessible doors at the Roseville Senior House. If the ��.A <br />allocates funds to support the Senior Housing Regeneration Program in 2005 at $200,000, <br />there will be a fund balance in 2006 of $273,274. Staff is proposing that these remaining <br />funds ($273,274) be split evenly between multifamily rehab and first time buyer <br />opportunitieswhere the project serves populations with incomes at or below 80% of the <br />current median income. (Refer to summary budget worksheet). <br />
