The Housing Plan includes the following: Section 1. - Housing Vision Statement - provides a statement about the preferred future, an expression of optimism focused on what the City's housing should look like in the next 10 years and beyond. Section 2. - Needs Assessment - provides a summary of current housing conditions, forecasts of demographic information and an indication of the importance of housing investment within the City. Section 3. - Housing Goals - establishes goals and sets policy regarding what needs to be done to achieve the City's housing objectives. Section 4. - Action S�te�sllmp�eme�tation Strategies - outlines the programs that may be implemented t o achieve each goal. Section 5. - Benchmarking - provides a framework to assess how the City is achieving its goals and meeting its housing objectives.
