The Housing Plan includes the following: <br />Section 1. - Housing Vision Statement - provides a statement about the <br />preferred future, an expression of optimism focused on what the City's housing <br />should look like in the next 10 years and beyond. <br />Section 2. - Needs Assessment - provides a summary of current housing <br />conditions, forecasts of demographic information and an indication of the <br />importance of housing investment within the City. <br />Section 3. - Housing Goals - establishes goals and sets policy regarding what <br />needs to be done to achieve the City's housing objectives. <br />Section 4. - Action S�te�sllmp�eme�tation Strategies - outlines the programs <br />that may be implemented t o achieve each goal. <br />Section 5. - Benchmarking - provides a framework to assess how the City is <br />achieving its goals and meeting its housing objectives.
