i. Gain funding to provide educational programs for rental property <br />owners (single family and multi family) regarding current codes and <br />the value of being a"good neighbor". <br />ii. Increased City Communications about the City Code through the <br />Housing Link, Roseville News, Cable listings, etc <br />iii_ Encourage community education sessions on home maintenance fo r <br />Roseville property owners <br />iv. Provide targeted and increase marketing to families regarding <br />Housing Redesign Program and the Family Ownership Loan Program. <br />v. Work with the Roseville Police to expand the use of the "Block <br />Captain" network to communicate neighborhood issues other than <br />crime. <br />vi. Work with the Roseville Human Rights Commission on a program <br />regarding "neighborliness" <br />vii. Encourage the City Council to evaluate the costs ar�d benefits of <br />creating a Community Ombudsman or Liaison position to facilitate <br />citizen requests, complaints, or concerns and to provide <br />accountability to residents. (One-Stop Shop) <br />viii. Work with the Roseville Police to rejuvenate the "Crime Free Multi- <br />family Housing Coalition" for Roseville and use it as a vehicle for <br />improving communications between the Police Department, HRA staff <br />and the multi-family housing property mcznagers/awne�s. <br />ix.
