HRA Owner Occupied Loan Pro�arrt - low or deferred interest loan up to <br />$10,000 or not more than 50 %�f home improvements. The Program is <br />intended for use where gaps exist within other loan programs and can be <br />used for demolitionif certain criteria are met. The loans are serviced by <br />the Housing Resource Center which is contracted by the I IRA to provide <br />more fle�bility and ease to residents. Identified as a high priority of the <br />HRA <br />HRA Rambler RedeSi�rt �ro�arn - provide a grant for 50%cf the design fees <br />up to $6,000 for homeowners renovating their 1950's -1970's style homes <br />to provide a more adaptable style for today's families. The grant <br />encourages the use �f good design techniques. <br />35W Corridor Rebate Prv�t'am - rebate 1[1,1� or 15%�f home improvement <br />costs up to $3,000 per household. Rebates are administered by the <br />�o�szngResou�ce Center and funded by the Minnesota Housing Finance <br />Agency. The program has leveraged public to private funds at an <br />average ratio � 7.:10.
