EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF ~illETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD ~~Y 13. 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota. was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on May 13. 1968. at 7 : 30 P. M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll. Councilmen Graue 1. Curley. Linebarger and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 3008 WHEREAS. IT IS PROPOSED ro IIvlPROVE Skillman Avenue between the west right-of-way line of Snelling Avenue and tile east right-of-way line of Fry Street by installation of concrete curb and gutter and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes. Chapter 429 as amended; NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota. that the proposed improvement be referred to the Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed. advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improve- ment and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. TIle motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon vote being taken. the following voted in favor of the resolution: Shields and Curley and the following voted against the same: Linebarger.
