Method of Renewal. <br />1. Each new (non-renewal) license issued pursuant to this Section, and each renewal license issued <br />after the effective date of this ordinance, shall expire on the 31st of December of each year <br />following the year in which the initial license was issued. The City shall mail annual renewal <br />applications for a license to the property owner or the designated agent on or before September 5 <br />of each year. Failure to receive a renewal application for license from the City, however, shall not <br />excuse the owner from meeting the license requirements.
