Actu- <br />ally, because Roseville taxes are so low to begin with, when you express in- <br />creases in Roseville property taxes in percentage terms each year (a 5% increase, <br />a 10% increase, etc.) you distort the impact o1� the increase; yes, our taxes are in- <br />creasing X or Y percent, but it is X or Y percent of a small number which pro- <br />duces a small number. <br />9 <br />
