A petition was also provided to the City Council immediately prior to tonight's meeting with fifty-nine (59) signatures, petitioning for a review of the Roseville Planning Commission approval for creation of a 10 lot Single Family Development on Parker Avenue (PF36b5). City Planner Thomas Paschke reviewed the October 24,205 City Council meeting and their action to continue indefinitely the Ron Anderson request to subdivide three parcels of land along parker Avenue and re-plat those parcels into three single-family home sites with a public cul-de-sac street.
