Maetzold, Mayor <br />R�SOLUTION NO. 2004-64 DENYING PRELIMINARY PLAT F�I� �►l��i���� �T: �►17 T,AKR <br />ADDITION TWO-LOT SUBDIVISION (6800 INDIAN HILLS ROAD, �CTRT FRETHAM) Mr. <br />Hughes stated it would be appropriate for the Council to take action on the subdivision at this <br />time. <br />Following a brief discussion, Member Hovland introduced the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION NO. �OQ4-64 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Edina City Council that that certain plat entitled <br />ARROWHEAD LAKE ADDITION presented by Curt �retham at the regular meeting of the <br />Edina City Council on Ju1y 6,2004, be and is hereby denied preliminary plat approval. <br />Adoptedthis f��` day of Ju1y, 2004. <br />Member Ke11y seconded the motion. <br />Ro11ca11: <br />Ayes: Hovland, Ke11y, Masica, Maetzold <br />Nays: Housh <br />Motion carried. <br />BID AWARDED FOR BQILER FOR EDINBOROUGH FA�� Mr. Hughes noted the purchase <br />and installation of a Carnus 750,000 BTU, 85%efficient boiler for Edinborough Park has a 1ow bid <br />amount that exceeds the Capital Improvement P1an by approximately $2,000.
