Committee will be appointed by December 2000 <br />. Committee will conduct its first meeting by January 2000 <br />. The committee will be made up of 9 members <br />. The Mayor and Council will each appoint one representative (5) <br />. The Police Chief will appoint two representative (2) <br />. The Fire Chief will appoint two representative (2) <br />. Other staff members may be appointed as needed <br />. All meetings will be open to the public <br />Committee tasks: <br />. Determine location of new facility <br />. Determine costs, using multiple scenarios <br />. Determine if Arona site funding will be adequate <br />. Make recommendations if additional funding is needed <br />• Explore revenue generating possibilities <br />• Other tasks as assigned <br />Side note: <br />Arona R�P's should be sent out immediately, and reviewed by the Council in <br />order to provide information to this committee. <br />
