EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the Sth day of December, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Councilperson introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR COUNTY ROAD C PHASE II RECONSTRUCTION AND STREETSCAPE PROJECT WHEREAS, Ramsey County is proposing to reconstruct County Road C, between Snelling Avenue and Oxford Street in 2006: and WHEREAS, a portion of the costs for this reconstruction are being shared by the City of Roseville; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve this section of the Roseville street system as described above by completing the following work: sidewalk construction, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: 1. The segment of County Road C, between Snelling Avenue and Oxford Street is hereby approved for consideration of reconstruction. 2. The proposed improvements are referred to the City Engineer for study and she is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether they should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same:
