5.8 <br />Authorized Contact Persons: Subject to the City's reservation of the right <br />to substitute positions authorized to contact the Law Firm, the only City <br />personnel who will be authorized to contact the Law Firm are: <br />City Councilmemhers, City Manager, City Planner, Community <br />Development Director, Fire Chief, Police Chief, Public Works <br />Director, City Engineer, Park & Recreation Director, City Finance <br />Director, and Human Resources Manager. <br />Jay T. Squires will act as lead attorney for the City. However, the <br />parties contemplate that other senior attorneys in the Law Firm, <br />including Scoii T. Anderson, will also be pr�idin� services to the <br />City. <br />Senior attorneys will delegate and supervise City matters to associate <br />attorneys within the Law Firm as the senior attorneys deem <br />appropriate. The associate attorneys may from time-to-time be <br />contacting the authorized City personnel for necessary information, <br />and the authorized City personnel will cooperate with the associate <br />attorneys. <br />5.9 City ApprovaL• The City Council has approved the Law Firm's <br />performance of legal services for the City during the term of this <br />agreement.
