Twenty-four hour availability, including weekends, for probable cause to detain <br />detennination and all other questions or assistance. <br />17. In short, e�e�ything that a city wants and should have in prosecution work is <br />included in our retainer. <br />The legal services include all backup resources for secretarza�/paral�gal and office <br />supplies. The only additional charges are certain out-of-pocket photocopying, <br />messengerlprocess server fees, and transcript costs. <br />If the above meets with your approval, we ask that the City Manager execute this as <br />approval of the above contract.
