RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON ROSELAWN AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE Il RESOLVED by the Council ofthe City ofRoseville as follows: By resolution adopted September 26,2005, the Council directed the City Engineer to prepare preliminaryreports as to the feasibilityofthe proposed improvements: P-06-02: Ro��wn Avenue Reconstruction (between Snelling and Hamiine Avenue) �'. The City Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost ofthe proposed improvements. The preliminary report cmd cost estimates have been submitted cmd considered by the Council cn�l are hereby approved cn�l directed to be placed on file in the officeo�'th� City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forthin the report are designated czs City Improvements P-06-02, RQSelawn Avenue Reconstruction. 3. The Council shall z��eet c� the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on .Ianuary 9, 2006, c� 6:00 p.m. forthe purpose o fholding a public hearing on the proposed improvements under cn�l pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, Und the Manager is hereby authorized Und directed to cause notice ofthe time, place, cn�l purpose ofthat meeting to be published twice in the officialnewspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a wee1� apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days beforethe date ofthe hearing. �.
