Staff Response - The IPNlCrequires allproperties <br />�� (single-family, renta/s, business) to be maintainedin compliance with the <br />� I building code in effect when the property was built, it does not require <br />�� properties be upgraded to new/existing codes. The /PMCis a nationally recognized standard that does not require <br />�� upgrades to existing housing stock (except for renta/ property) and wou/d be a <br />��} very usefu/ too/ addressing those inevitab/e sporadic properties that are not <br />�'� properly maintained and wou/d otherwise end up depressing surrounding property <br />� � values. <br />� <br />
