The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: 4 SECTION 1: Title 9, Section 906 of the City Code is hereby named "Housing � t i Maintenance and Preservation" and amended to read as follows: I I Section 906.01. Adoption. L i There is hereby adopted by reference, the code referred to as the International Property L� Maintenance Code, 2003 edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., l�� for the establishment of minimum acceptable standards for the maintenance of existing I� building, structures, premises and facilities to protect health, safety and general welfare. I f� Each and all of the standards, regulations and requirements, save and except such I? portions as are hereinafter deleted, amended or modified, as set about and specified in the I 2� International Property Maintenance Code, 2003 edition, are hereby adopted, referred to, l`� incorporated and made a part hereof as if fully set out at length herein. �L� Not less than one copy of the said International Property Maintenance Code, 2003 � I edition, shall be on file in the office of the City Manager and open for public inspection at �� all times. �� Section 906A2. Conflicts and Interpretation. �� In the event any provision of this article and any provision of the International Property �Y Maintenance Code, 2003 edition, conflicts with or is inconsistent in any manner with any 2� section of the Roseville City Code or other codes adopted by reference therein, or parts �� thereof, the provisions of the existing City Code and adopted by reference, shall �#S supersede and take precedence over such portion or portions in conflict or inconsistent i� therewith.
