Proj ect Nays: None. 3.e Order Feasibility Report for County Road C, Phase I� Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10357 entitled, "Resolution Ordering Preparation of a Feasibility Report for County Road C, Phase II, Reconstruction and Streetscape Project." Roll Call Ayes: Kough; Maschka; Ihlan; Schroeder and Klausing. Nays: None. Items Removed from Consent Agenda 5. Recognitions, Donations, Communications Councilmember Kough, at Mayor Klausing's request, spoke of the recent "Chill" event held at the OVAL; thanked interested parties from within the City, as well as those with regional interests in the facility, for their attendance and participation; congratulated the Parks and Recreation Department staff for their coordination of the outstanding event; and opined it represented a good effort on the part of all involved. 6.
