City of Roseville and <br />Roseville Twin Lakes, LLC, by League of Minnesota Cities <br />Insurance Trust (LMCIT) Attorney Paul Reuvers. <br />Roll Call (Voting and Seating Order) <br />Councilmembers Kough; Maschka; Ihlan and Mayor Klausing. <br />Councilmember Schroeder had previously advised that he would <br />be arriving late for tonight's meeting; and arrived shortly after <br />the start of the Truth in Taxation Hearing, at approximately 6:10 <br />p.m. <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at 5:48 p.m. <br />Informal Meeting Cub Scout Pack <br />Mayor Klausing and City Councilmembers met informally with No. 150, <br />Parkview Cub Scout Pack No. 150, Dens 7 and 8, in the Council <br />Chambers at approximately � ; � � p.m. <br />Reconvene Reconvene <br />Mayor Klausing reconvened the Roseville City Council meeting <br />in regular session at 6:04 p.m. <br />Mayor Klausing introduced special guests, Parkview Cub Scout <br />Pack 150, Dens 7 and 8, and several of their leaders, including <br />
