EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />~ ~ ~ <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14th day of September 2009 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Roe, Pust, Ihlan, Johnson and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: none. <br />Mayor Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 10749 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PRELIMINARY 2010 ANNUAL BUDGET <br />FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br />The City of Roseville's Budget for 2010 in the amount of $38,213,885 of which approximately $18,458,140 <br />is designated for the property tax-supported programs, be hereby accepted and approved. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Roe, Pust, Johnson and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: Ihlan <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
