EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD MAY 13, 1969 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 13th day of May, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the following were absent: None Councilman Shields introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 3010 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 67-39, PROJECT 1 l~lEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on April 1, 1968, tile Village consulting engineers have prepared plans and specifications for Improvement No. 67-39 and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. TIle Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of SUcll approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for Improvement No. 67-39 shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by tile Village Manager and Public Works Director at 11:30 o'clock a.m., June 20, 1968, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, that no bids will be consider- ed unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check or bidder's bond payable to the Manager for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid.
