EXTRACT OF l\lINUTES OF HEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ~~y 20, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Rosevil1e, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on May 20, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 3011 \vHEREAS, a resolution the Village Council adopted the 27th day of November, 1967, called for preparation of a feasibility report on installation of necessary sanitary sewer and water utilities into the relocated County Road C between the east right-of-way line of Hamline Avenue and the west right-of-way line of Victoria Street; Ai'JD WHEREAS, this report was received by the Countil on l-1ay 20, 1968; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of Rosevil1e, Minnesota: 1. Said sanitary sewer and water improvements are hereby ordered. 2. The Public Works Director is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare the plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Linebarger and upon a vote being taken, the follow- ing voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None \~fEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
