<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD :lay 20. 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on Hay 20, 1968 <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Holl, Councilr.len Curley, <br />Grauel, Linebarger, SIde Ids <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shie Ids <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3012 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELUNG VARIOUS ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />SPECIAL IMPROVEMENTS ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSEVILLE, IN 1967. <br /> <br />WHEREAS I The Village of Roseville acquired fee simple <br />title or road easements to various parcels of property hereinafter <br />described in the year 1967, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS I In each instance the Village of Ro seville took <br />possession of said parcels in the year 1967 I and <br /> <br />WHEREAS / The Village of Roseville now desires to cancel <br />any and all remaining installments due on special assessments <br />originally levied by the Village of Roseville on said parcels of <br />property, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />All special asses sments for storm sewers I sanitary sewers, <br />or water heretofore levied by the Village of Roseville on the following <br />described parcels of property acquired by fee simple title or road <br />easements by the Village of Roseville may be and they hereby are <br />
