<br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for Improvement No. 67-39 shall be published as <br />required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by the <br />Village Manager and Public Works Director at 11:30 o'clock a.m. <br />on July 2, 1968 in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, <br />that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with <br />the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check <br />or bidder's bond payable to the Manager for ten percent (10%) <br />of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman CUrley and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereup8n said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
