<br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Ramsey County Suburban Life, the official paper, <br />and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for Ice Arena Project 68~7 shall be published <br />as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by <br />the Village Manager and Public Works Director at 11:30 o'clock <br />a.m. on June 20, 1968 in the Council Chambers of the Village <br />Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed <br />with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified <br />check or bidder's bond payable to the Manager for ten percent <br />(10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Curley <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
