<br />and specifications for Improvement No. 66-33b, and has presented <br /> <br />such plans and specifications to the council for approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the village Council <br /> <br />on April 10, 1967, the Public Works Director has prepared plans and <br /> <br />,pecifications for Improvernent No. 67-7, and has presented such <br /> <br />plans and specifications to the Council for approval, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUl~CIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MIl.'iJi:ifESOTA : <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereot are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Suburban Sun, the official paper, and in the Construction <br />Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for said <br />improvements shall be published as required by law, shall specify <br />the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a <br />cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be <br />opened and considered by the Village ~mnager and pUblic Works <br />Director at 11:00 o'clock a.m. Central Day1ig~t Savings Time on <br />June 2l, 1968 in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, that <br />no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, or <br />bid bond payable to the Manager for ten percent (10%) of the <br />amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken there- <br /> <br />on, the following voted in favor: All <br /> <br />and the following against: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
