and specifications for Improvement No. 66-33b, and has presented such plans and specifications to the council for approval; and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the village Council on April 10, 1967, the Public Works Director has prepared plans and ,pecifications for Improvernent No. 67-7, and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUl~CIL OF ROSEVILLE, MIl.'iJi:ifESOTA : 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereot are hereby approved. 2. The Village Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Suburban Sun, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for said improvements shall be published as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be opened and considered by the Village ~mnager and pUblic Works Director at 11:00 o'clock a.m. Central Day1ig~t Savings Time on June 2l, 1968 in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Manager for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Curley and upon vote being taken there- on, the following voted in favor: All and the following against: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
