<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, HELD JUNE la, 1968 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in the <br />said Village on June la, 1968, at 7:-30- p.m. The following <br />members were present: <br /> <br />Hayor !'loll. Councilr:1en Curley. Grauel. <br />Linebal',~'Ser and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUI'ION NO. 3016 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TO ACQUIRE BY CONDEMNATION <br />UNDER THE POWER OF EMINENT DOMAIN FEE SIMPLE TITLE TO <br />CERTAIN LAND FOR ROAD PURPOSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING <br />ROAD RIGHT OF WAY IN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AND DIRECTING <br />THAT THE NECESSARY PROCEEDINGS BE INSTITUTED FOR SUCH <br />PURPOSE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of <br />Roseville deems it necessary and expedient and in the <br />best interests of the Village and its inhabitarts that <br />the following described land be acquired for road purposes <br />in the Village of Rosevillej <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary and feasible to acquire <br />by fee simple for the purposes of road right of way <br />the property hereafter described as a part of road improve- <br />ment 67-28Aj <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The statutes of the State of Minnesota <br />state that the Village has the power and authority to <br />take and acquire said property by condemnation under <br />the power of eminent domain~ <br />
