<br />EXTRACT OF :lL~UTE':; OF T1EETUG OF TLE VILLAGE COillJCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, :HNNESOTA, EELD ..nJNE 10, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof I a re;;u1ar neeting cf <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Rosevillc, r'linnesot2., waS duly <br /> <br />held at the Villa?;e Hall in said Village on Monday, .June 10, 1968, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />TIle following members were present: rJayor Moll, Councilrr:en <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following was absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3017 <br /> <br />;VllEREAS, the Minnesota Highway Department IS constructing an <br /> <br />interchange at the intersection of Fairview Avenue and T.H. 36; and <br /> <br />.WHEREAS, to accolThllodate this construction it is necessary to re- <br /> <br />locate certain Village utilities; <br /> <br />NOIv, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of <br /> <br />Rosevi lIe, Minnesota, that the Mayor and Manager of the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville are authorized to execute a Utilities Relocation Agreement, <br /> <br />Agreement No. 55812, for MinnesotaHighway Department Project S.p. 6212-98 <br /> <br />(36=118) Ramsey County. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> <br />seconded by Councilman Linebarger and upon vote being taken thereon the <br /> <br />following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against:: None <br />
