EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA HELD JUNE 29. 1993 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at city Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 29th day of June, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, The following members were absent: None. Councilmember P. Johnson Resolution and moved its adoption: introduced the following RESOLUTION NO. 8954A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO RYAN TWIN LAKES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council) of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City") that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute that certain Purchase Agreement between the City and Ryan Twin Lakes Limited Partnership, a copy of which is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A (the "Purchase Agreement"); to execute and deliver to Ryan Twin Lakes Limited Partnership the documents described in section 9 of the Purchase Agreement upon Ryan Twin Lakes Limited Partnership's performance of its obligations under the Purchase Agreement; and to execute such additional documents or perform such additional acts as are reasonably necessary to complete the transaction contemplated by the Purchase Agreement.
