RES 0 L UTI 0 N # ~ 3o~ WHEREAS, Aladdin Improvement Inc., as a developer, has platted I\.LADDIN HOMESITES a.nd therein dedicated certain streets known as Rose Place, Avon Street, Grotto Street, and Oakcrest Avenue, and pursuant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance, has undertaken to grade ann stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized and has duly filed its bond for the completion of construction of said streets within said plat as follows: ROSE PLACE from Avon Street to east line of Aladdin Homesites, AVON STREET from Rose Place to Oakcrest, GROTTO STREET from Rose Place to Oakcrest Avenue, and OAKCREST AVENUE from Avo~ Street to Grotto Street, and, WHEREAS, Aladdin Improvement Inc. has filed and also made its request for approval and the final acceptance of said streets by the Village of Roseville, and, WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said streets, and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said streets has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said streets by the Village. NOH THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that ROSE PLACE from Avon Street to east line of Aladdin Hamesites, AVON STREET from Rose Place to Oakcrest Avenue, GROTTO STREET from Rose Place to Oakcrest Avenue, OAKCREST AVENlTE from Avon Streetto Grotto Street, be and are hereby accepted by the Village of Roseville as Village Streets, and that Aladdin Improvement Inc., developer and St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, bonding company, be and are hereby released from any further liability for construction and maintenance of said streets.
