EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 23`d day of July 2007, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, Kough, and Mayor Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10525 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1004.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR KING OF KING LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2330 DALE STREET (PF07-034). <br />WHEREAS, King of Kings Lutheran Church has requested a CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT to allow the expansion of their church/school structure; and <br />WHEREAS, the use of the premises as a church requires a CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT in § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 2330 Dale Street and legally described as: <br />The West 513 feet of the South'/~ of the Northwest'/4 of the Southwest'/4 of <br />Section 12, Township 29, Range 23 <br />PIN # 12-29-23-32-0138 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, <br />which is as follows: <br />a. Impact on traffic <br />b. Impacts on parks, streets and other public facilities <br />c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and structure with <br />contiguous properties <br />d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties <br />e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare <br />f. Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />request on July 11, 2007, recommending (6-0) approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, <br />subject to conditions; <br />
