EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 23`d day of July 2007, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Pust, Roe, Ihlan, Kough, and Mayor Klausing and the following were absent: None Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10525 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1004.015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR KING OF KING LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2330 DALE STREET (PF07-034). WHEREAS, King of Kings Lutheran Church has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT to allow the expansion of their church/school structure; and WHEREAS, the use of the premises as a church requires a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in § 1013.01 of the Roseville City Code; and WHEREAS, the subject property is located at 2330 Dale Street and legally described as: The West 513 feet of the South'/~ of the Northwest'/4 of the Southwest'/4 of Section 12, Township 29, Range 23 PIN # 12-29-23-32-0138 WHEREAS, Section 1013 establishes the criteria for reviewing conditional use permits, which is as follows: a. Impact on traffic b. Impacts on parks, streets and other public facilities c. Compatibility of the site plan, internal circulation, landscaping and structure with contiguous properties d. Impact of the use on market value of contiguous properties e. Impact on the general public health, safety and welfare f. Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the request on July 11, 2007, recommending (6-0) approval of the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subject to conditions;
