Form 2523 (10-66) RESOLUTION N O. 3020 At a (regular) (special) meeting of the Villa~ Council of the Village of Rosev; ] 1 ~ duly held on the-2.:1...day of June , 19~, the following Resolution wa.s offered by Councilman Linebar~er seconded by Councilman Shi~ Ids to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways ha.s prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 within the corporate limits of the Villa~e of Roseville from the Cleveland Ave. to Snelli~ Ave. and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6212-98,109 (T.H. 36=118) ; and v~ said special provisions are on file in the office of t~e Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P~212-98,109 (T.H. 36=118), Minn.Proj. U 064-1 (34) _' which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1964 as amended by "Supplemental Specificationsll dated February 1, 1966, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number 118 renumbered as T:-unk i-I::ghway Number '36 ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the V illage Clerk; and 'WHEREAS the term "Said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in t,h8 foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
