<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on MOnday the <br /> <br />24th day <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />.June <br /> <br />, 196~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Actin,.: Il:'1YOT G~!'n.uel, C01L"l.cilmcn CUTl;;;" <br />Lineb9.T ]~ 2.nc1 Shie Ids <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Ilayor '1011 <br /> <br />ilerber Shielt~s introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 3021 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO AProRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.~ as finally a- <br /> <br />mended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br />County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assess- <br /> <br />ment roll have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original <br /> <br />assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the <br /> <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br /> <br />thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br /> <br />the fOllowing apportionment of original assessment against the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
