<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of FDa eville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village COuncil <br /> <br />of the Village of Ibseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br />I:Ta.ll at 2701 North Lexington' Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />s 196~ at 7:30 oJclock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Grauel, Councilmen Curley, <br />Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and tbe following were absent: Mayor Moll <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 3022 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REI..A'fiNG TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. -L <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village COuncil df the Village of FDseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. L as finally <br />amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was certified to tbe county Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />CoUllty and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a bearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvemeat Noo g, was held. on <br /> <br />Dec,mD8i~, ~~ at whicb time assessments for Sanitary ,Sewer Improvement No~ g, were <br /> <br />amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office of tbe <br /> <br />Oounty Aw!l.1\or of Ramsey COunty on December 29,g 1960 and <br />
