Department Approval <br />�� ,�: �� <br />l�'�, <br />Jy <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: 10-12-09 <br />Item No.: 7.f <br />City Manager Approval <br />� / <br />Item Description: DAD, Inc. dba Adam's Food & Fuel application for Off-Sale 3.2% Liquor License. <br />Background <br />The NAD, Inc. dba Adam's Food & Fuel has applied for an Off-Sale 3.2 % License at 2815 Rice St. The <br />City Attorney will review the application prior to the issuance of the license to ensure that it is in order. A <br />representative from Adam's Food & Fuel will attend the hearing to answer any questions the Council may <br />have. <br />Financial Implications <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license administration. <br />Council Action <br />Motion to set a public hearing for Off-Sale 3.2% Liquor License for NAD, Inc. dba Adam's Food & Fuel to <br />be held on October 26, 2009. <br />Prepared by: Chris Miller, Finance Director <br />Attachments: A: Applications <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
