Attachment C <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br />WAIVER OF RELOCATION BENEFITS <br />TI�IS AGREEMENT is made as of , 2009 between <br />,("Seller"), and the City of Roseville, a municipal corporation <br />("Buyer"). <br />I. RECITALS <br />1.01 Buyer is a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, having <br />its principal office in the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />1.02 Seller resides at <br />, 1Vlinnesota. <br />in the City. <br />County of <br />1.03 Buyer desires to purchase certain real estate owned by Seller, which is legally <br />described in Exhibit A, attached hereto. <br />1.04 Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 117.521, Seller desires to waive any <br />possible claim that Seller may have for relocation benefits pursuant to Minnesota <br />and federal law. <br />1.OS Buyer has explained to Seller that, but for Seller's waiver herein, Seller may be or <br />is eligible under Minnesota Statutes chapter 117 for relocation assistance, <br />relocation services, relocation payments, and relocation benefits as separately <br />listed below: <br />Relocation <br />Assistance: <br />T_ype of Relocation Owner may be eligibte for: <br />Assistance in locating and moving operation to a <br />replacement site, coordination of the move and filing <br />appropriate documents for relocation claim. <br />Relocation Provide comparable properties for possible replacement sites, <br />Services: transportation to properties if needed, perform DSS <br />inspections, calculation of relocation payments and review of <br />documentation and written relocation claim. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
