Additional Re�orting Reqttirements <br />The Grantee �vill report quarterly on the Bureau of Justice Assistance {BJA)/Jt�stice Assistance Grani (JAG) <br />performance measures directly into the B7A Performance Meas�rement Tool (PMT} by ] 5 days following each <br />calendar quarter. <br />'I'he Grantee will submit narrative c�uarterly progress reports via the Office of Justice Programs web-based grants <br />inanagement systetn {WEGO) by 30 days folIowing each calendar q��arter. <br />The Grantee �i-ill submit financial stan�s reports (FSRs} via WEGO on a monthty basis by 20 days after the end of <br />each month. <br />2. tnformation Technolotry <br />Agencies a�varded grants for la�v enforcement Records Management Systems (RMS) must agree to contribute <br />records to CIBRS, eCharging and NEIS �vithin the graat period and must utiIize the MCJE sYandard. <br />IFthe vendor seiected by a grant recipient has already done product development work for nther Minnesota <br />government agencies, it is not a permissible use of grant funds to pay for any development costs related to that <br />prod�ict.
