,�ection 10. CoR RESOURCES. <br />� 0.1 Throughout the duration of this Agreement, LETG shall identify and request in writing from <br />CoR's Project Coordinator, any CoR resources that may reasonably be required by LETG <br />to perform the services pursuant to this Agreement including all information, CoR staff <br />time, equipment, facilities or materials needed by LETG. LETG shall make best efforts to <br />request these CoR resources far enough in advance to allow adequate planning and <br />availability on CoR's part and to avoid unnecessary expenses or overtime costs to be <br />incurred by CoR. <br />�ection 11. PROJECT SCHEDULE. <br />1:.1 CoR and LETG have established a detailed project schedule that outlines the project's <br />lifecycle, key milestones and a detailed work breakdown schedule. The Project Schedule is <br />attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C. If any changes are needed to the Project Schedule <br />during the term of this Agreement, they shall be mutually agreed upon by both parties in <br />writing. <br />�ection 12. ACCEPTANCE TESTING PERIOD (only applicable in first time deployments in <br />new states). <br />12.1 The following Acceptance and Certification Process is intended to be followed separately for <br />each of the following Modules: Mobiles and RMS. <br />1?.2 LETG shall deliver and install each Module according to the Project Schedule which is <br />attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C. When the delivery and installation is complete, <br />LETG and the Client shall perform the following testing procedures on the System <br />� components in order to verify that LETG and the Client are satisfied that the System is <br />functional and operational. <br />1?.3 System Setup and Configuration (Phase 1) — After the Client accepts the System as installed <br />by LETG, the Client and LETG shall begin any table and database building processes that are <br />needed. During this process, the Client shall test data input and output to verify that data <br />_ input and the resulting action and/or output perform correctly. All testing shall assess the <br />_ following: functions that access databases to test the software; function and information <br />_ verification; testing of drop down tables, command lines, hyperlinks, buttons, icons, associated <br />_ links and Interfaces; entry of sample transactions; sufficient editing, modification and deletion <br />_ of transactions; processing of file maintenance functions for databases and master files; and <br />_ processing and generating of reports. The Client shall be in close communication at all times <br />_ with LETG to report any errors or known deficiencies. The testing by the Client shall be for a <br />_ specified period, no longer than two weeks, and shall be documented as: "Pass / Fail / <br />_ Modification Required / Date / Initials." The System shall be able to accept and read test data <br />for this phase and allow for the deletion of test data at the end of testing. <br />1?.4 LETG Modification (Phase 2) — After Phase 1 is complete, LETG shall supply and install all <br />items designated as "Modification Required" by the Client within the System and correct any <br />agreed deficiencies. LETG shall test these modifications as required to verify performance <br />and functionality. After LETG completes the modifications, the Client shall conduct testing on <br />Page 9 of 20 <br />
