16.4 LETG agrees to purchase and maintain commercial liability insurance during the term of <br />this Agreement that includes coverage for bodily injury and property damage. The <br />amounts of such insurance shall be not less than $1,000,000 bodily injury/each <br />occurrence/aggregate and $1,000,000 property damage/each occurrence/aggregate, or <br />$1,000,000 bodily injury and property damage combined single limits each <br />occurrence/aggregate. This insurance shall include coverage for products, operations, <br />personal injury liability and contractual liability, and any other liability assumed by LETG <br />under the Indemnification provision of this Agreement. <br />16.5 LETG agrees to purchase and maintain workers' compensation insurance during the term <br />of this Agreement. LETG shall meet the statutory requirements of the State of Minnesota <br />with respect to this policy. <br />16.6 LETG agrees to purchase and maintain automobile insurance on all automotive equipment <br />owned, rented or borrowed by LETG that includes coverage for bodily injury and property <br />damage. The amounts of such insurance shall be not less than $1,000,000. <br />Section 17. DEFAULT. <br />17.1 CoR shall have the right to declare LETG in default of the whole or any part of this <br />Agreement if, LETG is unable to cure such Event of Default within twenty days of the date <br />of CoR's written notice. For purposes hereof, an "Event of Default" shall mean any of the <br />following occurrences: <br />4 1 <br />G <br />4 2 <br />G <br />4 3 <br />G <br />4 4 <br />G <br />4 5 <br />G <br />4 6 <br />LETG becomes insolvent; <br />LETG makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors; <br />A voluntary or involuntary petition for bankruptcy is filed by or against LETG; <br />LETG fails to commence work; <br />LETG abandons the project; <br />LETG refuses to proceed with the project when directed by CoR; <br />7. LETG reduces its work force to a number which, if maintained, would be insufficient to <br />complete the project in accordance with the Project Schedule, and fails or refuses to <br />sufficiently increase its work force; <br />: <br />� <br />10 <br />LETG sublets, assigns, transfers, conveys or otherwise disposes of this Agreement; <br />A receiver or receivers is/are appointed to take charge of LETG's property or affairs; <br />CoR finds that LETG is or has been willfully or in bad faith violating any of the <br />provisions of this Agreement; <br />Page 13 of 20 <br />
