11.3 This Agreement including the attached exhibits constitutes the entire Agreement of the <br />� parties regarding the covered maintenance and support Services and supersedes all prior <br />4 and concurrent agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, related to the <br />4 Services performed. Neither this Agreement nor the exhibits may not be altered, amended, <br />� or modified except by a written agreement signed by authorized representatives of both <br />parties. <br />11.4 Exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of or relating to this <br />_ Agreement shall be in the State of Minnesota.
