<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD JULY 8, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />jPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville. Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 8. 1968, at <br />7:30 P.M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley. Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: Councilman Linebarger <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following Resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3025 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the family which supports and provides <br />the moral fiber of the community within which the individual lives, <br />operates. and communicates has the right and responsibility of <br />receiving good wholesome. sound and deeent types of entertainment <br />for all of the individual and families within that same given <br />community. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken. the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: Mayor Moll. Councilmen <br />Curley. Grauel and Shields and no one voted against same. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON. the said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I. the undersigned. being the duly qualified Manager of the <br />Village of Roseville, ~linnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes <br />of a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, held on the 8th day of July. 1968, at 7:30 P.M., with the <br />original on file in my office. and that the same is a full. true and <br />complete transcript thereof insofar as the same relates to campaign <br />on decency in literature and motion pictures. <br />
