<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD DULY 8 I 1968. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July <br />8 I 1968, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br />Mayor Moll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the follOWing members were absent: Councilman Linebarger <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the follOWing <br />Resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3028 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1847 I the Village <br />of Roseville commenced a proceedings in eminent domain in <br />conjunction with the County of Ram sey to acquire addititional <br />land in Ramsey County, Minnesota to expand the site of the various <br />administrative departments of the Village to the West and South <br />of the present property owned by the Village for such purpose; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 25, 1968, the Commissioners <br />appointed by the Ramsey County District Court brought in their <br />award of $147,150; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />feels this award is excessive, <br /> <br />NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Village Attorney may be and hereby is instructed <br />to complete the necessary proceedings to appeal the award to the <br />Ramsey County District Court for jury trial. <br />
