<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 8, 1968 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the Village Hall in said Village on July 8, 1968. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Shields, Curley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following members was absent: Councilman Linebarger <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3029 <br /> <br />h~EREAS, it is proposed to improve Shryer Avenue between the <br />east line of Lexington Avenue and the west line of Oxford Street by <br />acquisition of right-of-way, widening and resurfacing, and to assess <br />the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to <br />429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED by the Village Council of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to <br />the Village Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether it should best be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />\'frlliREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
