EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JULY 8, 1968 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 8, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen Shields, Curley and Grauel and the following members was absent: Councilman Linebarger Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 3029 h~EREAS, it is proposed to improve Shryer Avenue between the east line of Lexington Avenue and the west line of Oxford Street by acquisition of right-of-way, widening and resurfacing, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398 as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVED by the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed improvement be referred to the Village Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None \'frlliREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
