RES 0 L UTI 0 N #303 Extract of IHnutes of heeting of Village Council Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Ninnesota, held Tuesday, November 10, 1959 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, hinnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said. Village on Tuesday, the lOth day of November, 1959, at 8:00 o'clock p. M. The fol101.ving members were present: Cedarholm, Keene, Carlson, Brennan and Shields, and the following were absent: none Trustee Shields introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION AFPROVING FL~J,rS t\ND SPECIFICATIONS A.ND ORDERIN~ ADVERTISElvJENT FOR BIDS ~rnEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on August 7, 1959, the Village Engineers, Banister Engineering Co., have prepared plans anCl specifications for Project No.3 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 3 and have presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. THERE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCII, OF ROSEVILLE, NINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and srecifications, a copy of which is attached heret.o, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The ViJl;"Ee Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Rose Tribune, the official paper, ::"11(1 i'l the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specificatioml. The advertisement shall be published as required by law, shall specify the Hork to be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the council at 11:30 o'clock A. M. on December l.j.th, 1959, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, that no bids vIill be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check payable to the Clerk for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid and that the advertisement shall state a completion date of AUf,ust 1, 1960.
