<br />RES OL UTI 0 N -F.3 0 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved <br />and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation <br />of a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by <br />proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of <br />underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be in- <br />stalled, maintained and operated within the plan adopted. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, maintenance <br />and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to an <br />approximate depth of from 6 to 10 feet, together with ingress and <br />egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />An easement 20 feet in width, the center line of which <br />easement is described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the South line of the NE~ <br />of the SW~ of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, said <br />pOint being 978 feet west of the SE corner of said. <br />NE~; thence North parallel with the East line of said <br />NE~ 165 feet; thence North 900 00. West 170 feet to a <br />point, said point being 330 feet north of the south <br />line of said NE~ and 295 feet East of the West line of <br />said NE~. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
