<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Coun~il <br />Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey Coun:y, l-1innesota <br />July 8, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant ';:':0 due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held at the Village Hall in said village on the 8th day of <br /> <br />July, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The followins members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Linebarger <br /> <br />Counciliiian <br /> <br />Grauel <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adop'; ion of Ule following resolu'io;'1: <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIOnlG Ii'O~ PUBLIC SALE <br />OF ICE A.aENA c. O. REVENUE BONDS <br /> <br />BE I':.' RESOLVEO by the Council of ';:he Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />l-'iinneso':'a, as follows: <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found and de >err:,ined that it is necessary <br />at the present time to issue and sell general obligation bonds <br />of the village as authorized at the elecion held February 20, <br />1968, to provide funds for the acquisition of a municipal ice <br />arena. <br /> <br />2. This Council shall meet: at the time and place designated <br />in the form of notice herein contained for the purpose of <br />receiving, opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding <br />the sale of said bonds1 and the Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed ':0 cause no" ice of J:::he time, place and purpose of said <br />meeting to be published in the Roseville Sun, the official <br />newspaper of ~he Village, and in ~he Commercial West, a financial <br />newspaper published at Minneapolis, Minnesota, which notice shall <br />be in substantially the following form: <br /> <br />. <br />
